Poker rules

Every poker player should know all the poker rules and follow them. Those, who don't know poker rules are most likely to lose, and those who don t follow them are cheaters. First each player makes a small bet, before the cards are even dealt. According to the poker rules, this bet is called an ante. Than the dealer deals the cards. Poker rules inform us, that the cards should be dealt face down in a clockwise direction. The remaining cards should be placed in the middle of the table. Poker rules say, that after looking at their cards the players should make their bets. The person on the left from the dealer should be the first to bet (open the pot).

Due to the traditional poker rules at this point the players have several options: check (avoid betting but continue playing), see (put in the same amount of money, that the previous player), raise (increase the bet) or fold (quit).Than the poker rules allow the remaining players to discard (remove from the hand) 0, 1, 2 or 3 of their cards and draw the new ones. According to the classical poker rules, each player should always have 5 cards. Than the betting begins again. When there are no more raises, the cards are turned over and compared. Traditional poker rules indicate, that the person with the highest hand (most valuable cards) wins.
